In this episode Andy and I cover what areas to target on the California Delta for winter time bass. Since we are nearing the end of winter we also target transition areas like we did on the prior episode. We fished jigs, texas rigs & wacky rigs for the most part as that's what was working best that day. The key since we had to fish the tail end of a front was slowing down and focusing on bottom fish. 90% of our catches came when the bait reached the bottom or dead sticked the worms for a few seconds. When ended up with around 21lbs for our best 5 fish, so sit back and enjoy! Please remember to like and comment, thanks guys!

@InformativeFisherman Was out at the Delta all day yesterday on my Acsend FS128T fishing kayak! Only hooked up on one small one, but over all it was a great day! Any advise for the area out by Oakley? We launched from the Kayak launch point at Big Break. Was throwing my big red spinner with a huge Colorado knocker and it wasn't producing so I switched over to my Gary Yamamoto sinko purple worms and hooked up on that small buck. First timer on the Delta so any advise would be appreciated! Also, great video! Keep 'em coming!

Fun and informative video! Novice fisherman, went out for the first time here in the Bay Area at Heather farms bc the kiddos wanted to go to the park, figured I’d just cast and practice while they play in the park w their friends. Did a bit while stationed in Okinawa but had more fun spear fishing then rod. Now that I’m able I want to learn to rod fish here in the bay. Any great pier/land fishing spots near Walnut Creek/ Concord area? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I'm looking to do pre_spawn fishing as soon as the ice comes off the lakes, I was wondering if u had and recommendations as to how soon I should start fishing for bass after the ice clears and what kind of jigs/baits I should be doing. Nick could u come to SoCal and teach people on a video how to fish Huntington Beach Central Park. It's a small lake with bass in it. A lot of people fish it too. It also has a cafe by the lake if u try to look for it. Thanks

Very similar presentation as the jig but yes it can also work great. I prefer to show them something 100% different if I can.
