  • Shaykh Yasir Qadhi's khutbah on Lessons from the life of Prophet Ibrahim - Yasir Qadhi
Hajj the legacy of a Prophet and millions have gathered together in the most blessed land on earth to perform the rights that commemorate the actions of one great man - Prophet Ibrahim (AS).
Ibrahim (AS) is the single most respected human being on earth, a man whom Allah commands our Prophet (ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam) to take as a role model.
He is the only human whom Allah calls, an Ummah by himself, in the Qur'an - What did Ibrahim (AS) do to earn this great honour that makes his Emaan equal to an entire Ummah of 1.6 billion Muslims!
Shaykh Yasir Qadhi dedicates his khutbah to the Legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) - Lessons from the life of Ibrahim (AS).
"Whoever performs Hajj to this House - the Ka'bah and does not commit any obscenity and wrongdoing, he, or she, will come out as the day he, or she, was born - pure and free from sins." - [Agreed Upon]

O Allaah bear Witness, we love you, and We love Ibrahim, and We love Muhammad. Make us near to them and you. Love us like you loved them. Increase the love of them in our hearts more, and help us to follow their footsteps.

It is called the Abrahamic faith/scriptures because all of the scriptures are from his descendants.
    Moses (torah)
    David (Psalms)
    Son of Mary (Gospel)
    Mohammed (Quran)
All of them profess to believe in the faith of Abraham, but he wasn’t alive for any of it.
    Isn’t that amazing?
He is mentioned as the friend of The Most Merciful in all of the books, but he didn’t write any of it with his hand!!!
    Isn’t that so cool!?
The wisdom of Allah, The Infallible One, is far beyond the comprehension of fallible men and women.
