i bought a brushed motor with strong magnet,the spec say it can reach 37500rpm,like yours,with dualspeed gearbox its too fast for a Landy,end up putting it in a single speed gearbox,it still fast,but not so much and it have tons of torque,you can check the video on my channel.
I think my brushless motor is perfect with this 2 speed gearbox. The only drawback is the slow drive behaviour, which could be better.

Does the wpl parts fit easily to the mn99s model? I have recently got the mn99s and would like to upgrade a few things like the axles and install a 2 speed gearbox to it as well as the pushrods etc

Hi! NIce work! Does the metal axle have the same width as the original plastic part? It looks narrower. Or is this because of the street tires?
Thanks. Yes, the used WPL axles are narrower than the MN axles. You can find all the material links in the video description

It is the stock pinion, which was removed from the brushed motor.

Sorry, it is already finished and there is no build video. tt should be more or less self explaining.
Where did you get that transmitter from?
It is DIY, based on Arduino. Just the housing is from a WLtoys transmitter. The details can be found in the GitHub links in the video description.
Does it take much to fit these axles to a standard mn 99 as the guy on bangood says they don't fit?
A little bit of rework is needed, but it works fine

Rolled over because of the locked diffs you can get unlocked diffs lol no such thing as too much power got a hobby wing axe in one of these hit 72mph speed run

And how did you get hobby grade wheels to fix on their? Did you change the hex size on it to fix a different size tire???
Yes, I 3D printed 12mm hex adapters. The wheels are from Banggood and dirt cheap. Link is in the video description. Do you have a suggestion for 65mm drifting wheels?
TheDIYGuy999 that’s awesome! I pretty sure any 1/10 drift wheels will fix on it since the drift wheels are basically the same size as the on road wheels.

i just assemblied my old Hacker e30-11L (maybe 5900kv) , my c34km is all of stock. i'm afraid of motor will be burn. Maybe No one installed over 5000kv on youtube.haha.
Yes, I'm afraid it will, or did you reuse the planetary gearbox of the stock motor? Otherwise the gear ratio will be completely off

I failed install hacker motor, cause stock pinion. Remove pinion very carefully. So I buy haichi motor, it's 2000rpm. I only have a small 2s lipo , tested run, I really satisfied. I will test 3s, must be enough to run.

I think it should, it's exactly the same truck, except the stock motor and gearbox

I don't know. It is as shown in this video
I am not a fan of vehicles that look like that so in my opinion, it is a waste of a good trail truck. I was hoping you put the brushless motor in the off-road truck, now that makes sense to me .
Of course, it's a quite unusual vehicle, but I wanted to build something different. To be honest: I still prefer my other D90 but wanted to have a faster one as well...
