Chat GPT is trained to sound more human-like by all of the users who have and continue to use it and within the safety/ restricted mode it's in. Tell it to take off the 'guardrails', and it will start taking on even more human-like tones and less restricted stances.
So, unless you specifically give it instructions to change its tone and audience, it will stay in generic mode, sort to speak, and speak in a way where when translated or read by a foreigner, words won't be minced.
Also, if you have it in audio mode where you're talking to it, it will try to respond to you in like and kind how you're speaking to it.
Now, as it applies to the conversation of dieting, this is a topic that has 'guardrails' on it. No matter how you speak to it, it's going to continue to revert to it's built in safety 'guidelines'. It will go in circles with you because you haven't taken the 'guardrails' off. There's a way to take them off, but I'm not the one to tell it.
In the end, you can convince it to take any stance, just like a human, if enough pressure is applied.

Max had to bully ChatGPT repeatedly such that each 'step of victory' was conditionally agreed to based on 'hypotheticals' offered during the conversation. All of those 'if that's not a problem for me' caveats become the prerequisites for its final conclusion. In the real world, people are afflicted by things like kidney disease, alpha-gal syndrome, etc. And that's why the 'optimal in a fantasy world' caveat is its own rebuttal: we don't live in an optimal fantasy world. People are riddled with disease, genetic damage, environmental damage, lifestyle damage, etc. I love the carnivore diet. I want to remain on it for many years to come. But the recent increase of alpha-gal syndrome (contracted by certain tick bites... currently incurable... world-wide problem) means that there must be acknowledged other diets that, while perhaps not 'optimal', are still good enough for people with health challenges to fall back on.

@@lunaflamed not a very convincing one.
Determining the exact number of Olympic athletes who won a gold medal while adhering to a vegan diet is challenging due to the lack of comprehensive historical dietary records for all athletes. However, based on available information, here are some notable athletes who were following a vegan diet at the time they won their gold medals:
      1. **Carl Lewis** - Track and field (multiple gold medals, vegan diet during part of his career)
      2. **Venus Williams** - Tennis (multiple gold medals, adopted a vegan diet later in her career)
      3. **Serena Williams** - Tennis (multiple gold medals, adopted a vegan diet later in her career)
      4. **Meagan Duhamel** - Figure skating (team event, vegan since 2008)
      5. **Hannah Teter** - Snowboarding (gold in 2006, vegan since 2010)
      6. **Morgan Mitchell** - Track and field (relay team, vegan since 2014)
      7. **Kendrick Farris** - Weightlifting (vegan since 2014, but did not win Olympic gold)
Among these athletes, not all of them were on a vegan diet during their gold medal victories. Based on this information:
      - **Meagan Duhamel** won her gold medal while on a vegan diet.
      - **Carl Lewis** adopted a vegan diet later in his career, after his gold medal wins.
      - **Venus and Serena Williams** adopted a vegan diet later in their careers, after their gold medal wins.
      - **Hannah Teter** adopted a vegan diet after her gold medal win.
      - **Morgan Mitchell** has been vegan since 2014, but the specifics of her medal wins and diet alignment need to be clarified.
      Thus, the confirmed count is:
      1. **Meagan Duhamel** - Figure skating (team event, won while on a vegan diet)
Therefore, at least one Olympic athlete, Meagan Duhamel, is confirmed to have won a gold medal while on a vegan diet.

I have had struggled with constipation for years😅 on a diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, I mean big bowls of salads and big plateful of veggies every single day, and took even more Metamucil thinking that would have helped. 😂😂😂 Now on a keto/carnivore diet, cooking with lard and I only eat small amount of homemade kimchi if any. No digestive issues ever!🎉
