Monies gleaned from vacancies * Sounds like the Sheriff’s Office INTENTIONALLY WITHHELD the money in order to force the security company out. The security company was the “middle man.” Without the “middle man” they’ll save more $$$. Bottom Line: It was SHADY in how this was done. If there’s SHADY dealings on ONE hand, it’s most likely the SAME on the other.
