- To celebrate the release of Fresh on Disney+ we've pitted the UK vs USA for a war of the snacks with Daisy Edgar-Jones and Sebastian Stan.
Noa (Daisy Edgar-Jones) meets the alluring Steve (Sebastian Stan) at a grocery store and - given her frustration with dating apps - takes a chance and gives him her number. After their first date, Noa is smitten and accepts Steve’s invitation to a romantic weekend getaway. Only to find that her new paramour has been hiding some unusual appetites...

This was a fun game but I wish it would have been Romanian Vs. England snacks. Seb speaks great English and was in America for a long time but he's still originally Romanian.🥴♡
I'd love to hear him talk more about Romania. It seems he shunned his Romanian identity for a long time in order to fit in in the US and only started appreciating his roots later in life but I wonder how much he engages with Romanian culture whether than be film, music, junk food etc. I know a lot of Romanians because of immigration to the UK and some of their food is really good. Lovely people too, despite the xenophobic media trying to convince people otherwise.
@@hwren9845 I do remember when he talked about that and wanting to fit in America as a kid. I know hes talked about Romania quite a few times too but y'know it's always fun hearing more about someone's culture.
And with Sebastian, I could hear him talk all day so..😄 I'd love to see him talk more about Romania too 😊 involving like the music, movies, and food (though I remember he spoke about his favorite Romanian dish in an interview).

@@hwren9845 yep!! he loves Romania a lot but in earlier interviews he used to regret not going their as much, and in even earlier interviews he really tried to hide his accent and put on a very americanised one. He's pretty comfortable in his skin now and I'm so happy for him!!

As an example, when they did this in other channel with Pedro Pascal, they did it with chilean snacks, even if Pedro is living in the US since forever. Maybe Seb knows more about Romanian food or suits him better.

I'm really liking their dynamic, it's so different to the dynamic he has with Lily for some reason. Daisy and Sebastian come across as actual friends whereas he and Lily don't seem to have that. Could be wrong entirely though.
because he hung out with Daisy even when they were not filming. That didn't happen with Lily, i think that's the difference.

i agreeeeee esp the different types of interviews coming out, maybe its to fit in with the theme of the movie? thats my guess why they came out with this type of interview but idk. lily and seb's relationship definitely seemed more professional. but cant solely judge from that pov theres so many other factors, like how pam & tommy was based on a true story, daisy being 23 LOL. cant deny that sebastian has great chemistry with all his co-workers tho.

I think he’s a bit too old for her romantically. They have great chemistry as friends for sure but they are 16 years apart. She is 23 and he is 39. I’m only saying that because those are big development maturity differences. But Daisy seems really mature especially for someone so young so maybe! Not to mention she’s absolutely beautiful and seems like she has a great heart!
