Dr. Padma is not just a good doctor, but also a kind person. Last year, when one of my relatives had an accident, she operated on him in Leh. However, because the case was complicated, she had to refer him to Chandigarh. She cared so much about the patient that she stayed late at the hospital for several days to complete the necessary paperwork for the referral, including documents needed for air travel. Even after the patient was transferred to Chandigarh, she kept in touch with the family, enquiring about the patient's condition until he was discharged from the hospital. Most doctors at SNM Hospital are like Dr. Padma, dedicated to helping patients, although there are a few exceptions
