In “No Exit,” Havana Rose Liu (“Mayday”) makes her feature film leading role debut as Darby, a young woman en route to a family emergency who is stranded by a blizzard and forced to find shelter at a highway rest area with a group of strangers. When she stumbles across an abducted girl in a van in the parking lot, it sets her on a terrifying life-or-death struggle to discover who among them is the kidnapper. I read the novel last year and absolutely loved it. Taylor did an amazing job writing this one, the monologues were amazing. Darby doesn't know what's she in for, stranded with all these strangers. I wasn't expecting it to be adapted so soon but really looking forward to this. I want everything, like the rock in the sock, the creepy looking statutes, the dumpster behind the lavatory, the coffee machine, I can see the card game 😍

OMGGGGGG I LITERALLY SQUEALED WHEN I SAW THE THUMBNAIL!! No Exit is the 2nd thriller that I ever read. The back and forth between Darby and a certain other character (not gonna name who for spoilers) are my ABSOLUTE FAV!! Love the Asian representation. I really hope this exceeds my expectations. I have been thinking about this book for over 2 years now.
Their back and forth had me on the edge of my seat! It was so good. I hope they do it justice.
I'm not sure what's more satisfying, the fact that I just completed the book No exit or the fact that it's gonna feature as a movie😅

Bought the novel at the start of lockdown and never got to it, but fears of spoilers from this trailer/movie made me pause a few seconds in and run like to hell to start and finish the book in 2 hours. Never read so fast in my life!

I had a low expectations before watching this film but it actually turns out good. The main character choose decisions that might piss you off at first but you'll then realize that it was a good one as the movie progress. I'll rate it 7/10.
She still chose dumb ones later and I ended up not liking the movie
Yeah dont get all these positive comments. The movie became ridiculous.
Really the only dumb decision I saw was her not choosing to shoot someone when she had a chance, was there others? Couple choices that were less than optimal by I don’t think there was another one that was too bad.

Just read the book last year. It was a blazing read. One hell of a book, absolutely could not put it down, I must've finished it in less than a week. I absolutely loved the novel. One of the best books I've read in recent years.

hii sorry if this is really odd question, but i listened to the book and the end involves an ankle/leg injury, it was really hard for to get through the book bc i have really bad medical trauma and hearing about that made me go into a panic attack, it's even difficult finishing this sentence bc of that. But my question is... does the movie involve that...? I really wanna watch it but I've been putting it off bc of that scene in the book, thank you
@@IsaLinh I'm sorry to hear that. I just finishing watching the movie now, and I don't believe there was anyone with any ankle/leg injury. However, there are some gruesome scenes in the movie. I hope that helps!

Im not gonna lie at first I thought it was the blonde lady, but when they revealed the bullshit dude I was like wow cause I didn’t think they would make it that easy, then when she said two men and it was the ted bundy from cvs it shocked me less. But even tho I previous thought it was the blonde woman they did an amazing job at steering it away from her. Cause when it was her it felt like when you take a test and your guessing, so you change your answer cause it can’t be that then when it’s graded you had the right answer the whole time. Pretty nice plot twists.

They did an AMAZING job with this movie. No Exit is my favourite book/thriller and I was so impressed. The characters, setting and atmosphere were all exactly how I imagined. Obviously we don’t get as much time to really connect with characters so I found the book to be a lot more shocking but I highly recommend this movie :) but read the book first if you have any interest!!

As someone with knowledge of the human trafficking epidemic, I’m intrigued by this trailer... it’s a darker world than many think, and not as sexy as Liam Neeson makes it look... you don’t get to cut the throat of everyone who needs it. 😥😥😥

Read the book like most people in the comments… it’s great! I will say… the culprit is given away pretty quickly in the story (book) but it’s still amazing with twists and thrills and still an amazing story.. I see they changed the beginning up but overall it’s pretty much how I imagined it in my head.
