I cry at this one, first because it fits my Dad when each of his parents and brother died. Now because of the passing of my youngest son, unexpectedly.
This is for my dad,he won't make it that much longer, the dr said last Christmas was more than likely the last Christmas and,I use to think my dad was bullet proof, that he was the strongest man ever!!! He would do everything without a struggle,he's always been there and now he's on borrowed time,I just hope god will let me tell him I love him one last time since he's a truck driver and my mom and him are divorced,to everyone make sure you live like you were dying cause you never know if today will be your last day.
xGAMERxBOYx I send my prayers your way, and although this post is four months old and I don't know what has happened since you posted it, please let me say, listen to the lyrics, and you pray to. It is possible he's not on "borrowed time", as you put it. And also...for the record, we are ALL on "borrowed time". God gives us one day at a time for a reason, and that reason is...it's all borrowed and we never know if there is going to be a tomorrow. Keep your head up. Praying for your family. ~Jess
May God help those poor people who divorced! ... I wish they realized that they, too, run on borrowed time, and that it is most displeasing to God that so many divorces are made on no better excuses than for "inconveniences". This song takes me back to my childhood and me and my dad listened to the radio in the car and this song would come on. I have always loved it and it made my cry even back them... That was ten years ago, now I'm 15. Why does time go by so fast? :'(
This gives me goosebumps :) It shows a great message that there are things bigger then us in this world and how your normal can change in a blink of an eye. I love it :)
I like this song, because it is soo true, you never know what can happen in life! Soo never think lifes forever, because it is not forever! Soo LIVE,LOVE LIFE!!!!!!!
I am a chronically sick teen, a few years ago I was in a accident, and everything went downhill from there I have gotten sicker and sicker over the years. This year things had been getting bad. One night I started seizing, and they couldn't bring me out. I was left unable to speak, sit up, roll over, or walk. Insurance denied rehab saying I wouldn't get better and they should put me in a nursing home. I fought hard and I proved them wrong 3 months later and I am going home. Nothing is impossible
@Bumblerz i know what your saying, when ever i hear this song , i think about my deceased father...its just one of those songs that hits home, no matter who you are.
I found this on a playlist when I searched for the only person on this earth I have ever loved and she's gone from my life. I miss you Maggie more than you will ever know.
@dragonman223344 I mentioned the Oklahoma City bombing because I remember seeing a "Second from Disaster" episode on the National Geographic channel that said if the bomb had been placed anywhere else the building wouldn't have collapsed like it did. I guess we’ll never know for sure which unbreakable wall he was talking about. The things I posted pertain to American History in someway. The Titanic is mentioned because it was headed to New York City when it sank in the North Atlantic.

Unsinkable ships sink-the Titanic. Unbreakable walls break-the Oklahoma City bombing. Sometimes the things you think would never happen, happen just like that-Pearl Harbor. Unbendable steel, bends-nine/eleven.
@badasschill Yeah you know what you had to have been born from incest or else you might actually know what you were talking about. But you don't. This is not a dumb song it's a good song and and it says so much true stuff.
@badasschill I can see from your userneme that you have no respect for people that are different. People that don't except the differences in other people will be the ruination of the entire world someday. Except us or fear us.
