Sure, you convert overhealing into healing every 90 seconds. In exchange you give up approx. 30% of your raw throughput for Disc at least. That's a very raw deal and not one I ever imagine is getting taken.
You may be losing a bit of raw throughput, but remember 3 out of the 4 spots on the cycle are giving massive throughput inside the window you have them up in, and Disc is a spec that only heals in small windows. It also gives you the flexibility to do either smaller ramps with the overhealing covering the gaps or perhaps even throw the reduced CD on your last radiance, letting you ramp again quicker if your guild requires it say 20 sec after your first one. And that's not even looking at M+ where the many extra charges of a 15 sec 21% dr on top of a 50% PS with 2 charges and barrior shifts Disc into one of the classes with the most amount of dr cds
No comment on this hero tree... it has a reason a big amount of the priest community (especially holys) dislike it. But because of the fast dispels/ deff cds improvements... it may be good later in game if you are near the season end with optimal gear to push higher m+ (in any other content the other hero trees will outperform this one).
is this taking into account the %400 stam buff that happened? are u sure that overhealing will be happening often and always?? from testing m+ your constantly healing dropping bars and its much more heals to get that bar up, might not be great at all, the halo and the voidweaver are just flavorly better this one depends on healer balance in tww
Why are people so obssesed with beta numbers. First rodeo? Numbers at this point dont matter, fun/gameplay loop/adaptability with talents for fight types is more important. Especially considering we are getting back heroic raid week which almost certainly means tuning pass between heroic and mythic week like in the past.
The first iteration was wayyy too much work. This iteration is similar to a juiced version of Blessing of summer from Hpal. I dont think its hard at all, you have an entire minute to plan out what you want to do with the next buff
@@RhynocerousRex I agree the power level of summer isn't very good on live atm. But the point being was that it plays similar to summer which is not very difficult. And the buffs are giga comparatively
@@zak8991 Regardless of power rotating buffs are bad. summer isn't fun to play with, lightsmith armaments aren't fun, this isn't fun. Give me 3 buttons on a 2 charge cooldown and let me just use macros. at the very least this is better design.
@@RhynocerousRex Summer feels bad because theres only one buff that you really care about and it hardly does anything. If theres power within each cycled buff then it would feel good. Plus you already get 2 charges, and every 4th cast gives you all 3 buffs. Lighsmith is actually pretty strong rn because you can proc it with wings AND randomly through abilities along with having 2 charges. Having it your way with 3 seperate cooldowns to use would be extremely OP. This convo started out with you saying how it was too difficult and now youre just saying its not fun to play. Just play the other hero talent, or evoker/sham like you said and call it gg
disagree, Oracle is horseshet unless they reduce cooldown drastically so oracles could press premonition often, not like 4 times per boss fight. for Holy priests, oracle spec is even more horse shet, since Holy priest gameplay is built around holy words and their cooldown reductions, 7sec cooldown reduction ones per 2-3 minute is a joke.
Well i am definitely playing oracle. I don't care about testing or stats.i just like the gameplay style of it.
I still main an arcane mage. Play what you like. The better you can do with something that’s not meta, the cooler it is imo

Oracle is definitely bad for Holy, but Premonition has either the same or lower cooldown compared to Halo.
I hope this just delete oracle so i can play the lesser hero tree. Nobody is looking forward to this tree
