Gorgeous rainbow in Rochelle and a really pretty fireworks show in Fort Madison! Somebody spent some serious money on that: big shells and very nice ones and a well-planned-and-shot finale (licensed and still-working pyro speaking). I wish I could have gotten a better look at what the train hit in La Grange in the middle of the night, but that woman who ran across the street in front of an oncoming vehicle in the midday footage was no rocket scientist either. Another great one!
Norfolk Southern, Virginian No. 1069 looked really good at Elkhart. I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing more of the repainted NS Heritage units - thanks VRF.
You're probably right. I watched when it happened. A few minutes before the train went threw a police car went down the street with lights on checking the area.
At what point will either La Grange or the state of Kentucky fund at least some flashing light signals at Walnut and Main? How this crossing remains passive surprises me.

CSX ought to have a talk with La Grange officials on making that street with the street-running section a one-way road. Too many Darwins.
Or just pedestrianize it.
@@ChadSimplicio im sure they gonna relocate the tracks and not run any trains in that street

Wow! Excellent catching all the trains in multiple locations, I like them, they're awesome, @Virtual Railfan, thank you very much and have a nice day.
