As an ex NZ resident I found myself screaming at the tv as he went past everyone. The legacy of Walker, Dixon and the like is in safe hands.
NZ had a great Champs with 4 medals from Beamish, Kerr, McCartney & Walsh, and also great performances from the likes of Zoe Hobbs, Maddison-Lee Wesche, Jacko Gill & Maia Ramsden!
Yes, NZ did brilliantly but I think they fielded their very best athletes.
Not many countries did -they are looking towards Paris.

Kiwi land has been known for producing athletes and soldiers, who have unusual mental strength. Possibly because of the Scottish influence, but with a twist

#World Athletics, you can't just offer 40secs of highlights from a mid distance race in comparison to 50 to 60secs of highlights from the sprint races. If you don't wanna show the whole race, please at least consider making the mid distance highlights considerably longer!
