I have one but out of no where it stopped working it turns on but it doesn’t move do I have to change the battery?

So ive got the same model as you but it doesn't go over 11 mph on flat ground
You may have it on a slower mode. Refer to 1:20. Double tap the home button while scooter is already on to switch between L (low, M (medium), and H (high). Mine easily goes 16-19mph on flat ground in H (high) mode.

The last page of the manual says to search for “SISIGAD App”. I was unable to find it and there is no direct link to it from the manual or their website that I can find. The scooter screen does already show battery and total trip mileage. Probably need to reach out to SISIGAD directly through their website if you’re wanting to pursue it.
I found it by looking up sisigad on the App Store I don’t know if it is on the google play store
How long is the battery life?
The battery can support a range of 20 miles under ideal weather conditions. If you're actively riding, I would estimate 2-3 hours before battery dies from a full charge in my experience so far.

Mine also has the Bluetooth option. I was able to connect to phone but it does nothing. Or am i missing something?
Ah! The bluetooth connection is for app connectivity to track battery, single mileage, ride time, and total mileage.

There are different versions of this scooter. This is the B16-Dart which goes up to 19mph as currently reflected in the Amazon product page.

@@jamesrogers9606 Product page claims 18-26 mile range. Mine lasts around 25ish so it's been true for me. It does function worse in the cold, so it helps with ideal weather conditions.
Do you think it would make a 8.7 mile ride to work off one charge? I just don’t wanna be stuck walking lmao
