Hi Henry! I am a professional chef myself. Sometimes when I am making dinner for one, which is most nights, I just make a double recipe. Setting out both servings makes me feel better because sometimes I'll invite a buddy over for dinner. When they don't come, it's good leftovers too! Thanks Henry.

Other than how much energy someone needs, another factor that controls appetite is how much someone tends to eat. So if someone eats more than the need, their body will get used to needing that amount- and vice versa
