I am a All-star dancer at my studio , and we don’t dance in heels. I think if I would try to do any of our dances my ankles would be broken. I think people that dance in heels should get more praise than they do cause it’s really hard. Not only do they do it in heels they look like models doing it.

@@clow23 Yes exactly! I don't stress this enough with my students! If you don't want a sprained ankle make sure you wear heels with ankle support. It's also just easier to walk in heels on the regular with ankle support lol.
