Here's some things to make your expierience more imersive in this game: -Play against regular army if you want the AI to be more pushy -Set things like hearing and sight to "very high" if you want the AI to be more cautious (I don't recommend playing with very high accuracy against higher tier enemies). -The reason you can see all the enemies in the gameplay is because the mission objectives are set to: Accurate -The controls aren't hard to play with it's just practice and playtime like arma games -The Characters have diffrent skill sets you can mess with to make your operators have diffrent abilities -You should learn how to use the tacmap and the different orders you can give to have the others squads be more intelligent like focus on a certain area or positioning The game is highly customizable. And i'm pretty sure you can set everything to make the experience way more imersive and the way you like it!
BOBB really have it what most of tactical shooters around should have... When playing Ready or Not, can't but just dream having that planning system in it. When Ground Branch and 6D in Fallujah get AI mates, I think they're gonna miss this genius and incredible system there too... And I'm gonna miss it too. Not forgetting other things the game have.
looks good and i hope the dev is able to continue improving it, what I really want these tactical shooters to improve on is enemy AI, so many Tact Shooters ( especially Singleplayer/Coop), end up feeling like CQB roleplay/training because you cant rely on the enemy ai and behaviour to add variety. give us the same level of improvement to enemy ai we've had in weapon customisation, animations and gun sounds in recent shooters and Tact shooters will be in a better place overall.
The command opportunities reminds me of the OG Ghost Recon. LOVED that game alot. Didnt have the best graphics, but the gameplay and tactics were superb... plus it pushed you to be alot more careful since when teammates get killed, they were dead for real. Superb showcase here my friend
It makes me laugh because a solo developer is making this and the guys making ground branch still cannot create AI team mates years later. This and zero hour are two games I am getting into more because they feel like ghost recon/old rainbow six. Everything else feels like a cod or MP only dime a dozen which are hard passes for me.
Ground branch has been in development in 6+ years. And all we gotten since is better looking gear/clothes, mod support, new animations, some new guns, prone, overhauled maps and some new maps. But nothing to actually genuinely make the gameplay more interesting. The game looks great, the tactical barbie is the best Ive seen and the maps look great. But the gameplay is so boring. Really sad that.
This has SERIOUS potential. I just hope it doesn’t fizzle out like most one dev games. With better AI friendly and enemy and fixing the minor ish bugs that make the game feel a bit clunky this would be HUGE. Devs like them with a solid product need to setup a patreon or something. Plus the dev won’t need to focus much on map creation as players will do amazing things with map creation. Whatever comes first to fill development, 6 days in Fallujah or this I’m getting stuck in! I’ve been waiting for 6 days in Fallujah for so long I just wish they’d get things rolling and get it into 1.0
Asset flips in military games are fine by me. If they are aiming for the real world, there's really no reason to make something new when it already exists in realistic form. These games are more about the level of control and immersion that you have, and the amount of features. I haven't played yet, but it reminds me of something like the OG Ghost Recon with full ModDB support in the old days and that's amazing.
Assets are not a problem when they are used here and there. But if the entire thing is a bunch of assets slapped together then that just tells you that the developer doesn't care that much about the game and just wants to get some quick cash without putting any effort in.
@@CHA1Nfpsnot if the gameplay offers something different. As far as a know the team behind this game is tiny, it would take them a decade to replace all the store assets and the game will never come out. This game is a good example of using store assets correctly and building something brand new
IMO asset flips are fine, just like using a default font when still writing something. No reason for a small/indie dev team to waste money on visuals before they actually need them finished. So long as they're not trying to pass them off as not asset flips, nothing wrong with using them.
This game looks so cool but a little too complicated for me. I love the idea but I feel like between all the mechanics it would be hard to manage immersion with practicality of the game mechanics. I would love to see this game implement a good ai system that could take care of the more intricate details
Hi Official, Why are there targets on this map? is this single player or is a mandatory multi-player game? Thanks......Also why would the dev show the inside of a building you've never been in??
Or both wont ever reach 1.0. As much as I love small one man teams I cant shake the feeling its probably too much for one dev. GB development has been soo slow, I think they given up or no longer interested. BOBB is a one man team, unless there is a big wave of people buying this to support the dev, its going to be too much.
Nevertheless, the game is lifeless! Hostages and enemy stand motionless like statues. Only one type of hostages. The dumb enemy AI is staring at walls and is waiting to be killed. So much power into customization and variety, so less power in AI!
Fist of all this game has a stupid ass name Second, I wish all of these "single developers" will just come together and make a game that is actually worth playing rather than a game that you look at and say.. "huh this is not bad for one person" No matter how impressive it is, I'm not going to waste my time on a game that is lacking in so many aspects. from level and environment design to AI to animations.. it is just not up to any standards People need to realize making games is not a one man job and if you insist of doing everything yourself you'll just end with a bad overall product
What you don't understand, is that the problem is these bigger studios don't care about these titles. The only way we get these types of games with elaborate features is from small teams. This is what we get if we want a shooter that has these planning features that we don't see anymore on the market. If you can't look passed the bad to see the good, that's on you.
Though i enjoy the game myself, i do agree with your viewpoint on how people arent really joining forces to make 1 awesome game. From what i gather in discords of these different games, this is mainly due to a clash in ideas or just goals not 100% alligning, but there is also a small piece in the reason having to do with finances as sometimes these developers rely on that project as their main income so it would be hard to live off that if they were to work with others. With that being said, yes it would most definitely be heaven on earth if a group of small devs that all want a tactical game that tripleA's would never make to come together for a big project🙏🏼
My brain is so cooked I thought the title of the video said "This Underrated School Shooter Just got crazy" I'm happy to say this video has nothing to do with it but I hope no one makes a mission of that in BOBB the game is barely in a stabile state of playing compared to its launch version
Here's some things to make your expierience more imersive in this game:

Hey man, my character is stuck on a body cam view, how do i disable the body cam view?
So you have to keep going into the map to issue orders?

If I ever get this game, I’m definitely LARPing as Cold Harbor from BPRE.

Finally.. lol i knew you would review this sooner or later

I am having a blast with this game
Is AI good? Can we play offline?
@@faydulaksono I play it single player. I never pay attention to the AI. I don't like hard games per say
This is good but bothers me is you need to switch to tab to order your teammates
Great video! Are there a lot of glitches? Hows the campaign?
playing this game whilst listening to avery alexander is quite awesome. hope the dev improves the ai further more.
Love your modset! Do you shaer it?
Do you have to keep going back to the map to issue orders?
Hi Official, Why are there targets on this map? is this single player or is a mandatory multi-player game? Thanks......Also why would the dev show the inside of a building you've never been in??
One or two things will happen; Ground Branch will hit 1.0 or BOBB will no longer be janky
I do wish you could randomize the weather and enemy type.
Big bro, I've been waiting for you to drop your video on BOBB. THANKS MAN. please do more ❤
Great game make more videos of this game please
havea total of 33m in this game, maybe ill play it again..
It's better than what it was that's for sure. I really enjoy the ghost recon feel.
Having to keep going back to the map looks annoying
Unfortunately the Gun sounds are pretty lack luster, Plus the enemy's are just standing around doing nothing !
I agree but fortunately those are just audio assets that can be changed directly. And this developer seems to be open to criticism.
Nevertheless, the game is lifeless! Hostages and enemy stand motionless like statues. Only one type of hostages. The dumb enemy AI is staring at walls and is waiting to be killed. So much power into customization and variety, so less power in AI!
AI is extremely hard to code as a single developer.
Which version bobb is this? Is AI in this game smart now?
Great game
I really about to be a pc gamer I so tired of COD just run and shoot no strategy
COD is trash play real FPS yes get a PC it's worth it join us!
