Still in the process-finding phase, but what I always find very helpful for myself is just accepting how the situation is at the moment and try using it as an advantage. That's where you create new things and truly understand your brand simultaneously.
As a buisness owner for the last 25 years, I second the entire "Processes and Systems" practice. It is absolutely a game changer. That said, it can be extremely difficult to sit and document those processes if you've never done it before. Keep in mind, systems and processes are always changing and refining themselves. Start with a good process and be prepared to change it as you find better, more efficient ways to do the task at hand.
Could you go more in-depth of the system you use for your ads? I experiment with paid traffic and get some sales, but then my adsets slow down. It’s mostly all cold traffic since I cannot use lookalike audiences yet.
Thank you for all the information, it realy helps me getting started, and see it all in a bigger perspective. Much love from the netherlands. Hope I will be succesfull like you. Keep it up😁 nothing but love and respect.🤙🏽
Hey there Bahd got a quick question. When trying to get your apparel into the hands of influencers or celebrities do you normally reach out to them or is it more of a “oh wow so and so just bought from me” Thanks in advance 🍂
Rob did you wait till you have a certain amount of followers before launching? I've been sitting on the brand trying to get to 1,000 followers before launching. Should I not do that?
Can you give us advice on the team and roles needed for this to go great because my friends and family aren't on the same level as i am. I want to be financially stable from what i love doing. But they can't understand that. So i went solo but i am having a tough time trying to do everything on my own.
Whats your view on woven labels? Im about to launch my brand next week, i dont have custom labels yet for the shirts.. what was it like for you? Did u have them earlier on?
I’ve always printed my labels. I highly recommend doing custom labels - but it’s not absolutely necessary on your very first run of shirts. You can always work your way up to it
Work smarter, not harder. Hope you enjoyed this one! - Rob
Can’t thank you enough for making your expertise so readily available. Really appreciate it.

Love it. Things take time you can learn and adapt as you grow.

I launched with zero followers. I personally don’t like the idea of waiting to launch

I've been thinking about this too. Is it necessary to customize the garment labels or should that be something to do later on?

@@ApparelSuccess my maaaan rob!! Been watching u for months and months.. do u think i shud just leave the labels in shirt? Or tear them out
Love it man thanks for watching. If you’re not going to add your own labels after, just leave the stock ones inside the shirts.
