Hi LC Siew. Brushless motor is way much quieter than a brushed motor. But brushless motor are more heavier than brushed. If you want quiet and moderately light in weight, go for the K4 kratcher. Im yet to review the washer. Stay tuned.

So which one more powerful, better and can used water from pail or etc??

Both can be supplied water from a pail. If you are looking to use it about 30minutes non stop, brushed type is recommended and it's also powerfully. If you plan to use it more than 30minutes non stop, than go for the brush-less type. It is also powerful and heavy duty which will not cause a burden on the motor over long duration of usage.
