@Erick Colbert Garrett used to be the offensive coordinator, and then when he was head coach for about five seasons, he called the plays but that was during Romo's Year's. Then for awhile Scott Linehan called the blaze, it worked out well for a little bit, then Romo retired, and he couldn't adjust to Prescott. And instead of getting a coordinator that would work well with Prescott, they hired their QB coach to be the coordinator. now well Kellen Moore has done a decent job at times, he doesn't know how to adjust, but that's cause he's a young coach, with a terrible staff that doesn't adjust during the game.

I don't know if it's just you weren't a fan back then, were too young, or have been listening to other people tell you this but either way all of what you said is just flat out wrong. Romo and Dak have the same accuracy for their career and Romo's best season was 69.9% which was close to the end of his career Dak's best was 67.8% and that was his rookie year and it's steadily been getting worse (and Romo's stats weren't just in garbage time), he has more playoff wins and appearances, and he also has more 4th quarter comebacks and wins than Dak. I'm not just talking about having more 4th quarter comeback wins because he played longer I'm talking about spending more than 5 seasons in the top 5 in game winning drives.
Actually in literally every major stat a QB can have Romo was in the top 10 for way longer than Dak has even played. Dak hasn't even made it in the top 10 in most stats so far his career and yet you are trying to claim he is better. Also seeing as how Romo holds the NFL record for highest QBR in the month of December for a his career and highest QBR in the 4th quarter it's kind of rich of you to try to use a narrative of him throwing the game away that started early on in his career by people who hated him (thus my comment of it's funny of Skip to say Dak is the most underappreciated/overscrutinized QB) as if meant anything. He's also the Cowboys QB with the career most game winning drives.
I was gonna mention some of his other records but that would be overkill and some are meaningless like he was the first Cowboys QB to average 300 yards in a season but we were 8-8 that season (so garbage time). You Dak fanboys that are acting like he is anything special instead of someone who got incredibly lucky to fall into a system that was built to help and aging and surgically repaired Romo win a championship (by having an incredible line and run game meant to replace Murray) are fooling yourselves.

Skip's favorite stat is QBR. On Monday Drew Brees had 29/30 pass completions, 4 TDs, 0 INTs, and 300+ yards. Yet he did not have a perfect passer rating. That's how valuable QBR is.
Skip, your "QB" was not good enough for the Pro Bowl therefore he did not make it. Just accept it.
Dak is 12th in Passer Rating on a team that might not make the playoffs. He does just enough to get his team beat and that is not Pro Bowl worthy.
