Hi I have 2012 Ford Focus. My Sync module apim was broken and I got used one from same car same year . But the used one doesn’t have backup camera navigation and auto park. So if I update sync software which car vin number I should use to download the file. My own car or used apim- car vin number?
Hi, it doesn't matter because the software is all the same for whichever region you are in, those features will only work again if they are coded into the as built format. Thanks, Mark.

I have sync 2 in my 2015 ford mondeo, it doesn't have sat nav but I want to have it. I have been told you need hardware aswel to enable satnav. Is that right or is it purely a software job?

I'm having the same problem with my truck I used forscan an turned on the navigation but it still don't work what patch did you use to update your sync. Carl
Hi buddy. Didn't understand. Your original system didn't have navigation, right? And you downloaded OS with navigation? What kind of issues did you have when you tried to install it? Upon system was installed, with forscan you enabled GPS? USB must remain connected?
Hi.. we did another video with a full walkthrough and recorded non stop what happens.. the issue we had was the navigation patch software, but our particular OS update already contained it, that's why it didn't install as it already had it by then. Yes this system did not have navigation when we started. Thanks.

No hardware required, it is coding, software and a map SD card. We do this modification now for customers and it takes about 45 mins. Thanks.

We used a 3.10 update with navigation software EU version.. I don't have a link to any downloads

I copied the 041c 1f00 041d and I cant make mine install the Sat Nav at all.
