As a Real fan you should just keep your advice. If even the departures of Ronaldo, Ramos, Pepe, Benzema, Ozil, etc. didn't stop us from winning Champions Leagues, it's not Nacho's departure that's the problem 😂
Xavi staying was the best move. He is still learning, if he went to a big club too soon he’ll be scapegoated and will struggle to get a new opportunity elsewhere. I.e Lampard, Ole, Xavi, de rossi, Pirlo, etc. Unless you build a good foundation at lower clubs you will struggle at the bigger clubs.
Mbappe created high expectations this season that haven’t yet been fulfilled. Real Madrid have been more disappointing this season than Manchester city.
@@eirenuairelandI think you're missing the point. I may be wrong but he's saying it's because he's African that he's greatness is ignored. If he was European or even maybe South American, the tone would be different. You disagree?

this isn't as big of a deal for real madrid than they make it sound. the players they looked to get in the summer were young (ex: yoro), who can afford to be rotated in the squad, because the guys they are replacing are getting old (carvajal, even rudiger next year is getting oldish - sure at 32 as a cb he might have 2-3 good years, but he is not one to make a fuss to sit out a couple of games if needed). millitao might be young, but he has glass knees poor guy, so he would definitely benefit from playing only once a week. so, definitely 1 great cb will be required, and one rb.
As a Real Madrid fan I don`t see us firing Carlo. The guy won 15 trophies in 5 years including 3 UCLs and 2 La Liga`s. Besides, we`ve been ok this season. Yes, we are struggling a little bit but we are still getting results and we are still fighting on all fronts. Firing the coach after 2 loses seems premature.
There’s no advantage shooting towards the kop, but the teams over the years seem to prefer shooting towards the kop second half. Most goals come in the second half so….
Hey pundits, don't forget Real madrid brought Joselu who was "unknown" to all of us and won not only La Liga, and Cl; he won the Euro 2024 thanks to Real Madrid..
Honestly, every team needs investment every year regardless of how good they are. Man City have underinvest in the past few years and the squad is too small. The spine of the team, i.e., Kevin de Bruyne, Rodri, Stone, are all hurt. Players like Rico Lewis, Jahmai Simpson-Pusey, Savinho are good but not that good. On top of that, Pep sold their best youth player in Cole Palmer.
Losing two games in a row at home by big margins. I'd say real madrid considering they had the biggest hype before the season even started have been a big disappointment. City even losing 4 in a row they could still win the league and do damage in the champions league. Liverpool v Madrid would tell the story of where madrid is at tbh.
Funny how we are more disappointing than City, but city are considered the best team in the world 😂 by these pundits and others, now why the inconsistency when things aren’t going well for city, why not put the same pressure and criticism on them since they are the best?
@sabeloshabangu8894 Very true. But Madrid were hyped up way more before the season even started. Literally alot of pundits had them winning la liga by a landslide and running through the champions league like nothing.
Both of those teams struggles are hardly a surprise. One lost their most important player for the season and the lynchpin of their offence hasn't been fully fit so far. The other one adds a superstar with diva behavior to a team who are already successful and full of superstars or budding ones, oh yeah, and arguably, their best player plays exactly the same position as the new addition.
Real Madrid is still strong. Maybe Ancelotti needs to play Mbappe on the right. The problem is he has too many young right wingers: Brahim, Endrick Rodrigo, etc. Playing Vini, Jude and Mpabbe as the front 3 is good enough. Put 1 more man in the midfield instead of right winger. Valverde needs space forward too
"Too many right wingers" None of the players you listed are originally right wingers. The only one who actually is originally a right winger is LUCAS VASQUEZ who is now injured.
@tariqomer4678 yeah. The one who plays on the right. What i meant is that it is hard to not playing all those young talents, but he has to put Mbappe to the wing somehow.
Haven't seen him play in a long time, and seems like he's not playing much for PSG. I don't know, after losing Mbappe to Real Madrid for free, PSG might not be willing to do business with Real Madrid that doesn't majorly benefit them.
Every team has injuries Real Madrid has no excuses why does espn want to give them excuses? They didn’t want to give Barca excuses from all the injuries.
Injuries and inconsistent defensive plays are normal struggles of a football team. On today's edition of ESPN FC Extra Time, Steve Nicol and Craig Burley answer all your burning questions to include: It is highly recommended and a MUST for Real Madrid management, board of directors, coaching staff, people working in their club who are involved on the transfer-market to permanently sell who are currently out on loan to play for another football club, do not offer a loan with buy back clause or with a number or percentage rights, recall or return players that are currently on-loan by another football club to play for Real Madrid, ageing ((28) years old and above), inconsistent (due to limited playing time, never have played and always on the bench, poor defensively, not performing well) regardless of age, injury prone, those who are not comfortable playing in different position, that MUST happen on or before July 2029. We are referring to Modric, Vasquez, Daniel Carvajal Ramos "Dani Carvajal", Courtois, Alaba, Rudiger, Mendy, Daniel Ceballos Fernández "Dani Ceballos", Jesús Vallejo Lázaro "Jesus Vallejo", Francisco José García Torres "Fran Garcia", Diaz, Juan Miguel Latasa Fernández "Juanmi Latasa", Reinier Jesus Carvalho "Reinier", & Guler. Once they get sold these are the players should be sign based on their positions on or before July 2027. Right Back: Jesus Fortea, Josh Acheampong Left Back: Alphonso Davies, Joskol Gvardiol Centre Back: William Alain André Gabriel Saliba, Vitor de Oliveira Nunes dos Reis Centre Defensive Midfielder: Rodrigo "Rodri" Cascante Centre or Attacking Midfield: Florian Wirtz Lastly Real Madrid must never offer a contract to these players for a RIGHT BACK position, that are inconsistent regardless of age, poor defensively, has disadvantage of height and strength (lacks muscles), proven already that unable to stop wingers/strikers in different leagues, injury-prone, has beyond 60 million euro's transfer-market value, and ageing 27 years old and above, and turning 27 years old and above on year 2027. We are referring to Darmian, Walker, Trippier, Di Lorenzo, Cancelo, Kimmich, Dumfries, Calabria, White, Mazraoui, Ryerson, Wan-Bissaka, Molina, Alexander-Arnold, Hakimi, Tomiyasu, Royal, Dalot, Porro, James, Boey, Frimpong, Couto, T, Carvalho Santos, Livramento, Rensch, Terracciano, Gusto, Bradley, Sanchez, Fresneda, Lewis, Gray, & Lima.
Mbappe should play as the left winger, as good Vini is, over time Mbappe will prove the better option ( Mbappe has the potential for a 1.0 goal/ game ratio, whereas vini's best season was a 0.6 goal/game ratio). vini should play as a striker or right winger, vini has the capacity to adapt, mbappe doesn't. on top of that, mbappe is just going through a phase of lack of confidence, he needs to return to his position to regain the confidence. having said that I am glad of his downfall, due to disrespect he gave to legends, Neymar and then Messi. Real madrid would have been better off signing a true striker, or a right winger and a core midfielder to replace benzema and toni kroos. vini cant reach the level of Ronaldo, neither can Mbappe, but Mbappe can get close. Though I am certain in a few years he will go downhill, as his biggest strength is speed, combined with power, the speed will start degrading, and he lacks football intelligence, which ronaldo had, and so does vini.
