are u in usa or europe?
in california its a civil code. but various other catagories of law like employment and business and more has other statutes that also speak about fraud in those statutes but the civil is a broad catch all code. its more than misrepresentations it can also be concealment of information to decieve or mislead etc.

Exactly and if develop any type of nuance being a healthy human it’s been here at the Grand and no where else!!!! I will not tolerate such simpleton men in politics attempting to put their point across by assuming they have the right to quiet a woman!
