What's your opinion about the borla pro xs I use to have it on my truck before I did the dod and cam and headers I took it off and put the carven r on it before I had the work done and now it's way too loud for me since it's my daily and I have a baby in the truck every morning didn't you have the borla on yours?
Manny Ramirez yea I had the ProXS on but took it off and put the carven TR on. I liked the borla it’s good for quieting the truck down especially with a cam. I had the carven R when I had my cam done and it was way too loud so I did the borla ProXS for a bit. I just switched because I missed being loud and hearing my cam. Borla will make it sound like it’s a small cam or not even cammed.
@@chasec4478 I gotcha I in between doing the borla or going a different route with it my cam isn't big anyways it's a BTR 212 218 cam sounds great with the carven r just not crazy about how raspy it sounds at high rpms
Manny Ramirez I really liked the ProXS it sounded good when in the throttle yet just normal driving wasn’t loud and raspy like the carven mufflers are. The ProXS just really muted my cam.

Got long tubes and catless so that's one of the big reasons I wanted to change the tone up a bit
