Thank you! I took notes and studied before my interview. I didn’t get the job at first, but had a good interview. The person who got the job turned it down and I was offered the job! I got second place in the interview. I know I wouldn’t have done that well without your advice.

Great bunch of Strengths, Richard. Whilst I am waiting the SEND Recruitment Director to get back to me on the 6 Jobs where I am a Skills Match, I just found 7th strongest Skills Match job at 6/10 with the same Recruitment Firm. (Edit I just gone one step further providing more information on my strengths and the groups and Forums joined aswell as 3 references from my current and previous employer). I have covered so much that I have made it hard for her to say No, especially as she has already endorsed one of my skills, and have requested she let me know what the next steps are.

Hello, Richard! I have an interview in a couple days, and even after watching this video about 16 strengths I can't think any of these are stronger than my ability to learn fast (it's an intern job interview). I don't know if it fits into the "Adaptability to change" strength, but I'd be glad to hear from you if "Fast learning" is enought of a strength to be used in an interview. I recently went through three rounds of interviews over a space of five weeks, interviewing with 14 people, for a total of five hours, and presenting to them during this time. After all these steps I received a one-liner "we won't be proceeding with your profile" late on Friday. Any tips for not feeling like crap and to keep motivated? Also bear in mind that I received insight from my recruiter that they were very pleased with me. How does one bounce back from a blow like this?

What role are you interviewing for? :)
Are strength based interviews the same as competency based?
They are slightly different, while competency-based interviews assess whether you can do the job, strength-based interviews aim to determine if you will enjoy the job and naturally excel at it. I hope this helps!
