    I feel ya! At my local Lowe’s, probably 10% of the store doesn’t have ANY price tag showing, anywhere! It’s so frustrating! And then the app will NOT show the clearance price, for those items that are 90% discounted! It’s only when you take them to the register to get a price-check, that you see it’s on deep, deep discount! It’s like Lowe’s doesn’t like to display the 90% discounted prices, on some of their clearance items! But, I love Lowe’s!

      @ToolswithSoAlz  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lowe's is alright

    • @phillipmargrave
      @phillipmargrave ปีที่แล้ว

      The reason the app does not show a deep discount on an item like that is simple. 1st the item is discontinued. 2nd since the item is discontinued it cannot be reordered and if the mark down price is displayed to the public a run on the stores could happen for that cheap price and would cause havoc. Everyone and their brother would come to the store for that cheap product and demand to buy more at the same price and shout “fAsLe aDvErTiSiNg!”
      Stupid asshole

  • @robertmaguda3809
    @robertmaguda3809 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    You're wrong about something, the price is the same, the one you say is in the aisle is just slid over to the $99 price, notice the $139 price to the right, probably by a customer trying to get a discount.

  • @datwriterhelen

    The bin pick lock is actually different. Likely a different item number. From the blurry glance at the product, the model number looks different

  • @poptya
    @poptya ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Usually when the price change MST gets the daily labels, they only get one. So if an associate has cross-merchandised the item in another location as a temporary thing, the price changer wont be aware to change it. It will still ring up at the cheaper price, and if it doesn't, the management will be happy to honor the lower price.

    • @bencarter8423
      @bencarter8423 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s not always the case. When I worked at Lowe’s in Mishawaka, Indiana our store manager got in some serious trouble with the DM because he didn’t honor the lower price in a situation like this. I think he’s been fired since then, so that’s not exactly on the company.

Problem is that you don't know what you're talking about. That store has had the exact same setup for three years. • @tallyjaxval

    The one in the cage might be a return so it’s marked down. Or they didn’t update a price tag. You just point it out, or the register will fix it automatically. But there’s literally no reason to walk into people’s jobs and tell them they’re doing it poorly with no idea of how retail works (because if you did, you wouldn’t have tried to make this very poor point).
