Never messaged before. Live in Nakhon Phanom province. Have a similar ‘seemingly’ idyllic life like you guys. And it is, but sometimes it wears you down and becomes a bit much. Dealing with the stresses that go with life anywhere can be tough but doing that in a different culture can add layers to the situation. I too suffer from time to time with Anxiety. A Proper ball aching diagnosed mental health issue. Living in Thailand is generally good for the condition but it can flatten you sometimes nonetheless. But like you Ryan i understand it, embrace it and accept it. It helps to know the clouds will lift eventually. You’re doing the right thing buddy. Rest but keep doing things that feed you mentally (feed you in a positive way) You’ve got a good woman that understands. Many don’t. And I don’t mean Thai women. I’ve met countless “pull yourself together” types in Europe. Keep safe. 🙏🙏🙏

I don’t get to see all of Ryan’s videos due to lack of time but I do usually so enjoy them even though I have no plans or interest in moving to Thailand. You are a bright shining light, Damo. A wonderful mother and partner. I’ll ensure to watch every video you publish. I suffer depression among other things and I so hope Ryan feels better soon and is able to overcome his demons. Mental health is so important (and rarely spoken about) and Alcohol Use Disorder is a symptom. I’ve been sober many years and it has had a definite influence on my mental health. Send healing thoughts and big hugs to all the family. ❤
