What I love is Leonard Maltin's pure joy hearing the voice, and it's one I relate to. I hear the Donald voice, I feel like a kid again.
As someone who also does voices, Tony is right. Donald until very recently was a voice I couldn’t perform and it is more of a trick than a voice. I love how humble he is, even today he is the same soft spoken guy who loves his job.
I can die happy now. I heard Donald say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

He gives me inspiration to eventually be able to do Donald's voice. He said that he couldn't do his voice even after Clarence Nash showed him how to do it. He put in the practice and now he's hired to do his voice.
keep practicing. I learned it in about a month (but I'm a fast learner). So keep practicing and looking at how different people do it and you can learn.
We have to keep trying to pronounce words and act with the sound. Especially since now I can do the sounds no problem and practicing with putting my tongue on the root of my mouth and speaking through the side like "Ducky" Nash instructed on Disney Family Album and Mr. Anselmo has mastered.🎙🎤🦆🌅

Imagine if he switched between his Donald Duck voice, and his regular voice in the cartoon.

I mean, Bret Iwan did voiced different when he's not voicing Mickey so it's not a big deal there

This guy along with Wayne Alwine Bill farmer and Russi Taylor were the voices of my childhood thank you guys from lending your voices to Mickey Minnie Donald and Goofy
Wayne and Russi is no more sadly, the couple lived happily ever after in heaven now, but Bill Farmer is still performing his voice to this day though

Tony Anselmo is funny and he's definitely the current voice actor behind Donald Duck for Disney animation. Voice acting is my dream job as an adult as mentioned in my work blurb and I'm looking forward to becoming a voice actress someday even though auditioning is a pain in the butt.

Anyone know what year this interview is from?
I have the dvd disc set that this interview was on. It came out a little under 10 years ago. The set had Donald Duck shorts on it, part of the Chronological Donald dvd series. Only 150,000 were made. It came with certificate of authenticity in a tin case.

I mean, there's usually a meeting of the voices for the Sensational Six at D23 Expo though, and Tony, along with Bret Iwan, Russi Taylor, Katilyn Robrock, Tress MacNeille and Bill Farmer usually communicates with each other using their real voices

Brian Hull, a TH-camr has lots of characters voices and a solid Disney fan. He makes TH-cam videos like voice impressions and even Donald Duck's voice impressions, inspired by Clarence Nash and Tony Anselmo. Clarence Nash and Tony Anselmo will be proud of Brian Hull. Not just Donald Duck's voice, but other Disney and non-Disney characters (including Looney Tunes, Marvel Studios, etc.) that Brian Hull did a great job on his voice impressions. And he's doing voice impressions in Disney Parks, drive-thru voice impressions, etc.
Brian Hull is an amateur, not very good,and quite annoying to all the professionals.

I know Tony, He and my Brother Frank use to hang out together in High School . We all went to Peterson High in Sunnyvale , CA . My Brother has now been working at Disneyland for 25 years and I think Tony has been there for 30 years . It was both there dream to work for Disney and it came true . Sadly though once Tony became The VOICE of DD he wanted Nothing to do with my Brother Frank which is sad . They were good friends growing up . Maybe Tony has forgotten Where he came from ? I caught him once on Facebook and he talked to me on there . He was very nice to me . I am Very Proud of him and My Brother Frank for following there Dreams ....
