Wow nice 👍🥰.Happy for you.I never had good experiences in Trinidad with nurses in Public Hospital.They were all Horrible 😩 but the Doctors were nice.I constantly had too put someone in their place so it is nice too hear that you were treated nice
From my experience going to clinic appts with my mom yrs ago in Trinidad and the few times since, I don't recall having bad experiences, except maybe long waiting times, some times. Overall the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Sometimes it is how you approach a person will determine their behavior towards you. I believe your experience Mr. Sana was a reflection of yourself and your attitude toward people you meet. Thank you fpr sharing,
Excellent💯. I had a similar experience with the Maracas st Joseph health centre a few years ago. It was my first time at a health centre as an adult, and boy was I blown away, talk about top of the line service. It exceeded my expectations by farrrrrr. Thanks for sharing Sana
Kudos to Tacarigua Health Facility!!💯👋💫 I am happy to hear about your experience and quite flabbergasted at the same time. I reside in south-central and my experiences compared with yours is like night and day! I've had very few encounters where their customer service was "ok". I always dread the unfortunate times when I have no choice but to visit public healthcare facilities, be it a Hospital or a Health center. Their customer service is very unsatisfactory and unacceptable! most of the staff (from security officers to (some)doctors treat you as though you owe them something or you're begging for a handout. Their attitude towards people suffering in pain or whatever the reason for their visit, is one of no compassion, unsympathetic, disinterest, nonurgent, unimportant and the list could go on. I have yet to experience health care service similar to yours. I do hope that our Healthcare system reaches the pinnacle of what it's supposed to be and everyone who visits a healthcare facility would receive outstanding customer service and astounding health care. I applaud all staff of Healthcare facilities throughout Trinidad and Tobago that is already doing such. The citizens of Trinidad and Tobago pay for health care services via taxes (it's not free) and should not have to go through ill-treatment when seeking medical attention. DISCLAIMER: I am not speaking about all Healthcare facilities, I am speaking about the ones I visited and my experiences.
This is what we need positivity highlights! Because i wont lie, i avoid the public health care like the plague based on previous horrific experiences in Chag Health Center and Mt Hope Emergency. So I'm glad to see all hope isn't lost.
