    I have been looking for a planner with certain things and found one with everything on my list except the pen loop. This is great and I can finally stop looking! Thanks so much!

    Just what I needed to attach my pen to my planner. Thanks for the demo! Great instructions!

    nice video :) I use a little binder clip as a pen holder on my personal planner, attach it to the edge, fold the handles back and hook my pen onto the body of it - only works though with pens with clips...loving your bag at the end !!!

      That's a great idea! Thank you! The bag is actually a yoga bag from Target!

    I didn’t have elastic, so I used an old head band. I didn’t have E6000, so I used finger nail glue. Sometimes ya gotta improvise. Mine turned out great! 🙂

    Hello, I know this video is around a year old, but it helped me make pen holders for my planner. I loved the idea. I used a small scrunchie and some super glue. I barely bought my planner a few weeks ago and I love all your videos so far!! Keep up the good work. :)

    Awesome idea! Had some of those tiny binder clips kicking around and one of those pretty elastic hair ties as well as E6000 (we are crafters in this house!) Made myself a pen loop for my Happy Planner in 10 minutes today!

      That is awesome, Holly! It is fun to have more than one person that is into crafting in the same house, also. One of my favorite things to do is craft with my mom and/or friends.

    thank you for the video I love the way you made this. Do you know anywhere to get the cute elastic from?

    • @PersonalizeMyPlanner
      @PersonalizeMyPlanner  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts sells some cute elastic. There are also several etsy stores that sell them (www.etsy.com/listing/222529767/wide-chevron-salmon-white-and-gold).

      You can also use those pretty (and inexpensive) ribbon elastic hair ties. That's what I used.

    I just stumbled across your vid. I know I'll be making my own now. Where did you get the tote? I love that, too.

    • @PersonalizeMyPlanner
      @PersonalizeMyPlanner  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The tote is from Target! They don't sell that pattern anymore, but here is a similar one: www.target.com/p/french-bull-174-18-5in-yoga-tote-bag-floral-ikat-pattern/-/A-51396853

    • @PersonalizeMyPlanner
      @PersonalizeMyPlanner  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't think that this exact elastic is still in stock, but Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts is a good place to start for cute elastic. There are also several etsy stores that sell them (i.e. www.etsy.com/listing/222529767/wide-chevron-salmon-white-and-gold).

    What size of binder clip did you used

    • @PersonalizeMyPlanner
      @PersonalizeMyPlanner  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I used small 3/4" width binder clips by U Brands. Here is a link to a box that comes with small and medium sized clips: amzn.to/2yiTazo

    • @PersonalizeMyPlanner
      @PersonalizeMyPlanner  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Here are ones that are more similar to the ones I used in the video: www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/small-multicolor-binder-clips-set-of-16/1046668943

  • @representing50plus

    my elastic is not sticking to the clip. I may need a different type of glue I was using loctite.

    • @PersonalizeMyPlanner
      @PersonalizeMyPlanner  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think it might be the glue also. E6000 works really well! I have been using the clip I made in this video to hold my pen since August and the elastic is still holding on strong! :)

    • @beanjean60
      @beanjean60 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      E6000 is better

    • @jennifermarkey7074

      Yes, I've been struggling with bad allergies since I was little (sinus pressure, earaches, stuffy nose, and swollen throat). I take allergy medicine every day, but it doesn't always work well. Thanks for watching, Eva! :)

    • @tinealene

      Thanks for your video, I am going to go buys some materials today with my Jo-Ann coupon. So sorry to hear about your allergy struggles. You might want to test a histamine free diet. My friend was struggling with "allergies", getting ready to get shots and everything and someone told her about how certain foods can trigger histamines. She tried it and within 3 days was able to breathe freely. Worth a shot!
