Two things I noticed, a fan shroud will help significantly with the cooling, and have you tried cleaning the headlight groundings? Sand the contacts, add star washers (keps)if you don’t have them.
100% on the shroud. No immediate plans/needs for an electric fan, I just like them better. Headlights are working great, but I definitely have a ground issue out back as the tail/stop lights are acting “odd”. Thanks for watching!

Hey man. In need of help. The regulator had a wire that “Y” to the battery and to the car. How many wires (and what colors)went to the car?
