Does this work if there are already cables inside the conduit? I already have cables inside and want to pull a new one (a neutral for smart switch). The conduit seems to be bent somewhere.
The nylon fish tape works fantastic with small conduit. Conduit should not be overfilled. Anything more than 50% in a conduit makes it overfilled pulling cable existing cable in a conduit can rub against the existing cable and expose the conductors. Try and suck a string with a vacuum or if you able pull out an old wire and tie your neutral and a replacement for the one you pulled out
