There were a few instances where I think Tash and Moshe did not know what to say, which caused some pauses not typical for broadcasting. But I thought it WORKED and I had to chew on some things during those pauses, too. Is that the energy you felt?
I love duncan, mosh' and 'tash' equally and really appreciated this peaceful discourse. the bits about AI deciding to leave us as its creators on earth was new to me but makes sense and sparked some new fears and ideas. love the pod and how diverse it can get with guests like this. I'm also loving the relationship advice stuff so winwinwinwinwiwniw
I’m not someone who comments a lot, but I can’t with Duncan he just speaks word vomit. I don’t think he’s intelligent at all. He just wants to be perceived that way.
@@brittanywilson1796 Sure, but man, this isn't his own podcast - TEH podcast is supposed to be mostly about relationships. Maybe it was up to Natasha and Moshe to rein him in a little bit.
@@mikayocc moshe gets philosophical on the podcast quite a bit. I get it was kind of an odd fit for the format of the show, but moshe and Natasha are in charge of that. This comment just tells me you haven’t seen Duncan on other podcasts. He absolutely takes the lead from the hosts while still being himself.
I feel the same. I like Duncan, and used to listen to thie podcast, but this is the Endless Honeymoon podcast- my brain wasn't prepared for all the intensity.
Thank you, Duncan, for such a cogent example of how AI is only really useful for hacks to make hacky shit. Btw, Sam Altman makes lots of lofty predictions… to pump the market.
I could barely watch this episode. Whilst I came into it with an open mind and didn't know a lot about Duncan, every word that came out of his mouth made me increasingly uncomfortable. Between whitewashing the fascist Republicans, and preaching about how AI (a technology that will put him out of a job) will fix the world, he sounded more like the rambling man on the street corner than a smart, funny comedian. This is a man that uses lots of big, fancy words, and puts them into an order that fools people into thinking he is making sense. He is, of course, not. Love the Endless Honeymoon Podcast, love Moshe and Natasha, do not love Duncan Trussell. No hate- I'm sure Duncan is a nice person! I'm just not picking up what he's putting down.

fucking excellent episode!!!! This Duncan guy is on another level of consciousness. I think the three of you are really spot-on with the advice for the caller, as well. Also, I think polyamory is like the emotional equivalent of climbing Everest. It's super challenging and it seems to CALL to certain people, despite the fact that many, MANY strong folks have lost themselves to it. Personally, I respect that, but I don't have the fortitude for it.
@@HH-gv8mx I've noticed that whenever Duncan talks about liberals it's in negative terms as worrisome fear mongerers. And when he talks about the right he downplays many of their main policies and boosts them as people who just want to end war.

@@HH-gv8mxoh he’s just calling us non playable characters, like from video games. You know, it’s his world and we’re just living in it. He’s the main character. He’s woke and we’re sheeple who need to wake up. You know, things that totally COOL and HAPPY people believe about others! :)
The lessons here are: 1. Natasha chose correctly. 2. It's actually not so much a compliment to Moshe, but simply an acknowledgement of Duncan's profound superiority and the patent reality that he can't be controlled in the way she has a need to ;)
Honestly this podcast was so good. Duncan offered a lot of different perspective on viewpoints that Moshe doesn’t really receive pushback with. I thought this one was a bit awkward due to that. But cmon we can all coexist I’m so sick of this weird divide. I found Duncan’s perspective honestly really refreshing.
AGI by 2026? That’s terrifying but I’m also not shocked. The only thing we need to really worry about tho is when we reach ASI (artificial super-intelligence.)

2. Moshe can’t wait to remind her of this as soon as the recording is over.

hard disagree but that's okay 💖
You basically nullified any comment I was going to make...Maybe Ari will be up next?
😂😂😂. SO TRUE.
The beard is way too much. Is Duncan married?
Listened to the audio and thought Duncan was is the same room! Producer mixing on point
it was called brat summer
There was a slut Summer it was not called brat Summer is called something else but basically slut Summer
“we’ll surf together on the blood of humanity” is the best outro statement lmao
what austin does to a mf
Duncan is a dummy's idea of a deep thinker

I just skipped the first HOUR because I got bored of his word salad after 15 minutes.
