      Morning and evening 15 min daily pranayama cheyandi. Chala stress-and anxiety viunte panic vastundi. Melo negative thoughts ekkuvagaa vunte mariyu edo bhayaani (emotions) suppress chesi vunchinappudu, ela panic attack vastundi. If we suppress emotions more and more then they will come out once in the form of panic attack. Keep your body and mind relax and whenever negative thought comes, think something positive some good incident in your life which happened. Do positive affirmations.
      Start meditating on Muladhara chakra very often. When the negative thoughts reduce start swadistana chakra meditation , one by one chakra till Sahara. There is a guided meditation for muladhara chakra in my channel. That will help you.

      కొత్తగా ధ్యానం మొదలుపెట్టినప్పుడు, కొంచం కష్టంగానే అనిపిస్తుంది , ధ్యానం లో కాన్సంట్రేషన్ చేయలేకపోవడం జరుగుతుంది, ఎందుకంటే ధ్యానం మీకు ఒక కొత్త ప్రాసెస్ అలవాటు లేదు, ఏదైనా మన జీవితం లో కొత్త పని మొదలుపెట్టినప్పుడు ఆ పని అలవాటుకావడానికి కొంచం టైం అవుతుంది. అలాగే ధ్యానం కుడా కొచం టైం తీసుకుంటుంది. పట్టుదలతో చేశారనుకోండి ధ్యానం వల్ల మీ ఆరోగ్యం మెరుగుపడుతుంది.మానసికంగా కుడా చాల ప్రశాంతత లభిస్తుంది. ధన్యవాదాలు.
