- The house was designed to be a refuge, a simple way of living in contact with nature, without excesses. In only 581sqft we have enough to live in comfort and tranquility. Practicality is fundamental in small environments, so the integration between spaces allows a good circulation and facilitates the daily tasks. The use of natural materials such as wood, stone, and ceramic tiles brings a rustic and cozy air to the house. Whether enjoying the veranda on sunny days or the fireplace on cold and rainy days, this villa is the perfect setting to create good moments.

2 smaller bedrooms with a full bathroom in between them. Also a tub/shower in the bathroom. I love it!! Very nice!

This is the first time I've seen a design video with rain. 🌧️ Reminds me of growing up and living in the Seattle area. The only changes I would make would be to shorten the height of the window in the shower and raise it up to avoid water damage. Also, add a bathtub...that is unless you could create a space for a hot tub outside the bedroom sliding door. Otherwise, it's a great layout. Love the fireplace with enormous wood storage, and the huge windows on either side.

@@Bogbia68 nie chodzi o klimat atmosferyczny. Chodzi o wystrój. Wspanialy Polski domek. Dla cieplolubnych być może i zimy przetrzyma. Nie znam grubości ociepleń, czy grubość szyb w oknach. Tym domem zainteresowani są ludzie z południa Europy. Jest piękny. Delikatny, uroczy, ciepły, miły. Można zamieszkać. Pozdrawiam.

Piękny na obrazku,ale czy komfortowy to bym nie powiedziała jako dom na wakacje/2-3 tyg/szafa do, której zmieszcza się
ubrania z walizki miejsca na telewizor też nie ma, jedynie w sypialni Laptop ,odkurzacza tez nie potrzeba bo serwis przyjedzie nam mieszkanie posprzątać,buty po deszczu i kurteczki to zostawimy na dworze pod parasolem,a jak przyjdą goście to ubranie górne powiesimy na krzesłach jak w trzeciorzędnej restauracji.👎
wynajmowałem kiedyś mieszkanie w wieżowcu 36 m dwa pokoje, kuchnia łazienka i przedpokój do tego duży balkon i więcej miejsca było niż to coś.
@@gch6502 W latach 70 to było M3 /36m² i w takich mieszkaniach mieszkała rodz. z dzieckiem i dało się w tym żyć.
Te 45 m² to być może jest metraż liczony włącznie z tarasem tyle ile jest pod dachem.

What a little beauty we have here! It is absolutely stunning from beginning to end, and so perfect for me!
I am looking to downsize, yet I want all the comforts of a full size home & this brings it all!
I love how you showed us the home in the day/night/and raining. It really helps to visualize it in all it's glory in different time's/weather. It truly maximizes the curb appeal, and hey, it totally won me over 😉!
It really was pure perfection! I loved the furnishings, your choice of color, the pendant lamp which brings the light you need without the extra eye clutter.
The lamp in the living room is grand, as is the wood holder all which drives your eyes up instead of around, so you hardly notice how sweet & petite that area is, lol, great design there!
The fireplace was so cozy that I hardly noticed that their wasn't a t.v. present, again a nod to the designers great ability.
All the windows that flood in all the great natural light as well as allowing you to take in the surrounding area is grand. The tall ceiling's are just so perfect, there is no way that you will ever feel closed in or feel stuffy in there.
Alllll the beautiful built in storage is not only visually stunning (so wow 😍) but equally so needed, especially in a tiny home. Plus it's an area where I see most other designs lacking?!
My thought when I see that is "Build up!" Plus you have no where else to go so for me I think that's an obvious choice, lol, but not for everyone else.
With all the beautiful cabinetry in place, there is so much room to put all your goodies, leaving room for your home to shine, beautiful, bright, and uncluttered.
As for me, I have been paring down year by year, and I can finally say I have fully edited my belongings to only keep what I truly love and value.
This little jewel might be tiny but it was spacy enough for me (I will add my personal improvement/wants at the end - not directed to the designer - but for my own personal uses as I am saving the designs that truly inspire me and which I will pull from when I start my build.)
The only thing that is a must for me, and was lacking here, is a home for my extensive book collection. But I'm sure I could reconfigure this just a tad, to make that neccessary (for me, because books are life after all, lol 😊) adjustment.
Ok, well moving on, what about that bathroom? It was something else! I haven't seen a mirror that size used horizontally and I rather liked it. It really opened up the space along with that beautiful shower door and the ceiling heights which make you feel as if you are in a much larger space.
The single room was spacious enough for one (me 😘) lol. The built in closet area is quite substantial. It looks as if it could house alll my clothes, and by the looks of it, even more. Clearly you got my heart there ❤
Since it doesn't feel closed in, I was a little surprised that I actually liked having a work desk in that particular area, something I've previously never considered. I think it has a lot to do with the gorgeous picture window and the full glass wall surely help's!!
*Now for my own personal tastes: I'd extend the deck an additional 2 to 3 feet to maximize the bedroom deck usage. I'd like it to have it's own little comfortable seating area for book reading or watching the sun go up or down, as well as plants on the deck, and also along the side wall just to brighten it up a bit. I need the extra footage because I'm quite clumsy at times as well as have balance issues due to my left knee 🤦♀️🤷♀️💁♀️
These are the dimensions that would work best for me:
For the living room I'd go from 5.45m to 8.45m & from 3.40a to 4.40a only
because I wouldn't want my sofa that close to my stove, and a little extra leg room never killed nobody, lol.
For the decking I'd go from 2.50m to 5.50m to accommodate seating in the bedroom area, as well as run the deck all the way so it runs parallel to the rest of the house, so from 7.95m to 8.00m.
As well as add steps at the very end leading down to the side so I could access that side wall where I'd like to also add my Sullivan Point Covered swing sets for two (two of them) and add another big family table area as well for when all the family is over or for my ladies church group to easily gather for bible study or special events and we won't be missing a big ol' house if I use the space outside correctly! We have such wonderful year round great weather here in California that it would be a shame to see it all go to shame hiding out inside!
I can just see it now, so that's why I document my preferences now because I'll forget soon if I don't make notes, lol.
So about that T.V......🧐🤫🤭

As for the changes, I agree, are adjustments that would further enhance the project. Enlarging the deck to have more possibilities of use in the external environment would be great. I could imagine myself reading a book on a swing. Really, books are never too much, I would add some shelves to house them and compose with the decoration.

I think it's a beautiful design. The only thing I would change is putting a kitchen island instead of the round table. There's not a lot of counter space, so an island would double as an eating area and a food prep area. Also, we need a 4-burner stove. We are also missing a TV, which could probably be mounted up in the corner between the entrance and the fireplace. Everything else is outstanding!
Need diswaher.
The outside of the house is nice I loved the roof. Where would you put the TV.? I would prefer a washer and dryer not a combo. Storage is the problem not enough. It be great for summer house as you’re second home. The design of the bathroom is nice. The design of the house would be great for a person that is a minimalist.

Schön, denke das kann man noch bezahlen, nur eine Baugenehmigung in unserem Land ist wahrscheinlich für so ein Häuschen nicht zu bekommen, denn alles was ein möglich macht günstigen Wohnraum zu bauen, sind bei uns die Auflagen so hoch, daß man das gleich vergessen kann, könnte mir das auch vorstellen so ein Häuschen zu haben.

Cool, but this chimney heats partly the living room and partly the backyard. I believe that the chimney should be at the junction of the living room wall and the bathroom and a bedroom, it would be economical.

Muito obrigado! Tem razão, o acesso do banheiro pela cozinha pode incomodar. Nesse caso, para manter a área reduzida, acabamos mantendo dessa forma, mas uma alternativa seria criar um hall de acesso tanto para o banheiro quanto para o quarto.
