    Sinigang na isda is a Filipino soup characterized by its sour and savoury taste. Salmon heads are a good source of B vitamins that are important for energy production, brain function, red blood cell formation, and metabolism.
    Ingredients:
    1 kilo fish (salmon head)
    4 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 thumb size ginger
    2 medium tomatoes
    5 cups water
    1 sachet sinigang mix
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 bunch petchay
    2 pieces green chilli
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Marinate fish at least 10 minutes with:
    Salt
    Pepper
