Paksiw na galunggong recipe is a Filipino style of cooking, whose name means " to cook and simmer in vinegar." Also galunggong is a popular fish in the Philippines. One of the most basic dishes that a filipino family can prepare, it is delicious and nutritious. And so sure you'll like it.
Ingredients:
500 grams fish (galunggong)
1/2 cup vinegar
6 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 thumb size ginger
3 pieces chilli green
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Steps:
Put the garlic and onion in the casserole, add fish on top, and place the ginger, chilli green, salt, and vinegar. Add pepper and water. Set over medium heat and boil until the fish is cooked. Add salt if necessary. Serve with rice. - บันเทิง
