When I got to about 1:11 in the video, my Motorola G6 Plus does not heave that option. Can't hear what your saying in video, but 6th down and 5 up from bottom says Mount/System. does not have option Clear Cache.

I don't know if this is the same issue;
On a Motorola when you press the small square in the bottom right to open the cache of apps you have opened, on one of my app tabs the top right has a lock on it so I can't remove the memory. Anyone know how to unlock it?

I did this, didn't free up much space and all the apps still have data in cache files....I go into each app storage and say clear cache it takes it to zero then when I go right back to it, it is not at zero, no matter how many times I try!!!!

Start up failed? Try this option:
Recovery Mode > Mount System > Run Graphics Test > Run Locale Test > Power Off > Restart Smartphone
