I love to follow all the things in this video except the eating... I eat once a day and well..... I am up at 4:30 am and start work at 6 am..... and to bed around 8 pm.... except weekends and off days... then I sleep in until 9... I love to sit up in bed and read, talk on the phone when not working........ I am a driver by profession for 49 years... I love what I do and it raises the bar for me to look after myself... I have to have a medical every year and I have to keep mentally alert while learning new things every day..... I live alone and find it so nice.... I am female and 74 years of age....

First things i do upon waking up, pray, poh, breathing exercise, meditation, streaching, work-out, and yoga. Then Breakfast of water with lemon and pineapple juice, then the regular breakfast.

I wake up gradually, drink flavoured water, then put real porridge on to cook which takes 21 minutes. Whilst that is cooking I start my gentle warm up stretching exercises and then after 5 minutes slightly more intense movements with light weights. At the end of the exercise I eat toast with peanut butter, porridge with raisons and finish with fruit. I watch a movie or tv show whilst I eat as if I'm not really hungry it distracts me. I'm 82, British and play in 3 rock bands in Prague where I live alone. I've recently had a book published Sweating On My Chitty Box an illustrated and hopefully humorous account of life on an isolated RAF base in Libya during the cold war.

Make it very WARM water first thing in the morning.....12 oz. if you can............AND AGAIN before bed -- even if it means having to get up once to pee during the night. AND whenever you pee, have a glass of water immediately to replace what you 'lost.' Simple!! BUT effective! Your advice is PERFECT for a healthier metabolism...........blessings to all.

When I wake up … I awake slowly … then go in kitchen to drink water to take first morning pills … then usually back to bed to read my Bible and Pray … by that time I am ready to get up and have my coffee … check my iPad and Cell Phone … after first first cup of coffee I have cereal and fruit and one more cup of coffee … only two in the morning … all day.

I have water 1st thing. Take my vitamin c. Wait 1 min. Next I go on the rebounder for 2 min. to get the lymphatic system going.

I learned a lot and thanks always for your teachings they add value to my life. My breakfast since long ago is oats and at times is bran flakes with milk, what I miss is exercising because I suffer from vertigo which has taught me to wake up slowly because I fall when I wake or bend fast and I am afraid that I am losing muscle because of exercise but I meditate more nowadays especially at my age about to be 70 years, thanks once more.

Appreciate tips...turning 70 Nov....current am routine have always enjoyed walking up slowly b4 opening eyes I massage joints and stretch softly next give thanks for the miracle of another day, healing, protection, provision for myself and loved ones. Carefullu, roll on side prop up rock toes and heels purposely ground prior to standing. BRm visit, next.. water I use to gulp down lg glass warm water until I read... never drink quickly so I sip while feeding pooch and empty dwasher outdoor we go strolling property water in hand. Sprinkle Cold water face....indoor 1 mile low impact walk aerobics....just last week addition soaked raisins for breakfast and mini portions melons, applesauce or banana with supplenents. Feet up news, sadly latte. Shower. (Oh yes, I also read to place water throughout home u traffic through. Sipping, intake 2.5 L daily) Thank you for your purpose filled videos.....encouraging and great checklist❤

I'm 76 and since I turned 11 years old I have NEVER eaten a " breakfast" I have also never had 1 cup of coffee, never smoked nicotine, stopped drinking alcohol 48 years ago. I would like to see double blind studies conducted by independent scientists and published in reputable scientific journals that skipping breakfast is harmful to you. Btw, 2 months ago I had a my lungs & heart checked out,( by a cardiologist, not my GP) & my heart is fine. Everyone is different. 1 size does not fit all. The AI narration is a real pain in the arse.
