    When younger I had a full gym at my home. Trained hard, but smart. It was great. However, being damaged in a car wreck in my late 40s I was forced to stop training. Now in my 70s, I have shrunken to nothing. I couldn't stand it any longer. I had to do something. So I turned to multiple weight bands and a few dumbbells. My goal now is to regain strength. I know I'll never see the mass of my youth, but I wanted tone and strength. And it's working. Plus it's space saving! So when you stated using bands and dumbbells my ears perked up. Sounds like I had it right after all. 😏
    Thanks for a great channel! An inspiration for an old iron pumper turned latex lifter!😂

    Supinated and hammer supersets are my go-to bicep workout, never tried adding the pronated, looks like it might work the forearms. Gonna give it a try.👍💪

    What's the minimum weight to build biceps and not toning them. Thanks

      I don't think there is a minimum weight, need to select as weigh that's challenging that you can rep 10-12 for 3 sets that gets you as close to failure as possible

    Golden Era Biceps were build on these swings
    You can see everyone from Arnold/Lou Farigno swinging away
    There is somethings beyond those correct postures which we don't know

      Can't argue with that logic, but most people aren't anywhere near those guys and are starting with the basics.
