I have the Plug-Ins fragrance Ember, & it does smell sooo good! Trophie did you know...that milk, & milk products aren't good when children/adults have colds, because it produces phlegm, & mucus, which makes you cough more. Try skinny syrups vanilla bean pumpkin spice with oat milk in your coffee. 🔌🔌
Hey Troph get you some onions 🧅 (organic red or yellow) wrap some sliced onions in a warmed up cheesecloth and place over his ear. You can put a skull cap on him to help it stay or let him sleep on it if you cover your bedding with a towel. You can place it in his socks while sleeping or over his chest as well.
The best cough syrup: take those onion slices and put in glass jar. Chop up some garlic and ginger too and pour raw honey in the jar. Let it sit for 24hrs and you got the best cough syrup money can buy. I hope they feel better.
Oh, I’m so sorry the boys were not feeling well. I’m just now catching up on the vlogs and I know it’s been almost a week but I hope you’re feeling better now. My daughter has been sick twice since school started this year she has been sick the last two days and,she also had a bad cough.. Unfortunately I can’t use mucinex for her cause she has asthma and the medicine causes her asthma to flare every time we have tried to use it ..Being a mom definitely is not for the weak and your doing amazing hope you guys feel better soon.

Don’t know if anyone has said this but you could try some of the premier protein in your coffee. It’s creamy and flavored but has some protein so it actually fills you more.
Omg the Mucinex! My boys who are typically good with medicine absolutely refuse the Mucinex lol.

So this is so crazy we are almost birthday twins lol we went to urgent care yesterday my son has an ear infection. A lot of pharmacies are closing smh. That sugar free creamer is my favorite. Mix it with regular creamer.

You should try the sugar free coffee syrups for flavor. I’ve been drinking zero sugar creamer for so long it doesn’t bother me anymore but the syrups give it more flavor. Right now pumpkin spice has me in a chockhold but caramel and hazelnut are my regular faves.
