In the some previous videos I saw some Bengali people stating that they have cultural and gastronomical similarities between them and northeastern, especially Assamese cuisine. So,this video is an eye opener to those people. Our food is much more mild and healthy with minimal use of masalas and oil.
Aisa kyunki, kisi kisi jgaho me, bahut sare local log yaha pe photo khinchane ate hai, drink krne, ya ghumne without having anything in the restaurant and litters the place, so for the maintenance. And also the prior bill is because of the locals, as sometimes they happen to not pay appropriately.
Abhinav Jee, I don't know who recommended you Kanchanjangha restaurant but it is overrated af. The interiors don't justify the entry fees and the food is mid.
