OBS LS swap 6.0 4l80 w/ btr stage 3 truck cam and autometer invision gauges

- LS swapped obs. It’s a 6.0 4l80. It’s using a @psiconversionyoutube harness, @DirtyDingoMotorsport mounts, @shoenfeldheaders long tube headers, @AutoMeterTech invision dash and a custom intake from @twinbuiltracing2617 . The engine has a @briantooleyracing3554 stage 3 truck cam kit with a @CircleDspecialties converter.

I have a similar build. Did you have to adjust any of your airflow start crank settings? Mine fires up perfectly but I have to cycle the key twice. Maybe a cam sensor.
I let my tuner handle that LoL
@@HackjobsPerformance I'm the tuner! lol. Right after I commented I read the "reviews" on my new CAM sensor from Oreilly';s 13 Negative reviews with the same start problem so it's safe to say I figured it out

Can you provide me with the yokes and u joints you used on this truck. To make the 4l80e work
We measured and ordered the correct driveshaft for this truck. A driveshaft shop built it. I’m not sure on the part numbers they used.
moog u-joint 447 will adapt the 4l80e yoke to the obs driveshaft

Are those long tubes? Having a hard time finding the right ones for my 95 with a 5/7 drop. Love the build, looks pretty similar to mine. Thanks for the video 🤙
Yea they are long tubes. They fit great.
What rims are those. Looks good on the truck.
Believe they are an older style billet specialties wheel.
did you get the computer from PSI as well? Did you have to retune it for the cam?
No this computer came with the pullout. At this time it just had a base tune on it
I’m having issues with my 6.0 stalling, I’m thinking I need 1. A better throttle body. 2. A higher out putting alternator? Which do you suggest? I have a 6.0 Ls, small cam, headers fully Holley system and 3 inch exhaust.
@@J_CanDo is it tuned. Sounds like it needs to be tuned or you have a vacuum leak

I like the body style but the 5.7’s that come in these are garbage

This truck is a newer obs. I think it’s a 96 97
What lowered kit u use

Oil pressure seems a little low
Ya it’s definitely something that will need to be addressed.
@@HackjobsPerformance could just be the screen blocked on the oil pressure sensor, I’ve seen that happen about 30 times lol. Bad ass truck though, I have a 93 I want to fit a 6.0 in

Not sure. It’s crazy low though. Flip kit and shackles in the back not sure about the front
