LS swapped OBS LS2 Stage 4 cam wrap up video
On this 1998 Chevy C1500 OBS we swapped in a LS2 with a stage 4 @briantooleyracing3554 cam kit. It's backed with a 4L80 and a @CircleDspecialties converter. It is wired with a @psiconversionyoutube harness and monitored with @DakotaDigitalTV gauges. It has a @HolleyPerformance mid mount accessory drive, @FASTEFI LSXHR intake, Nick Williams throttle body, Shoenfeld headers, and a custom intake and stainless exhaust from @twinbuiltracing2617. This is pretty much as basic as you can get with a gen v swap. We did a L86 with a 8l90 trans in a 1970 c10. How easy was it to make the transmission fit?
You have to get the high hump trans cover but that’s about it
did you get the computer from PSI as well? Did you have to retune it for the cam?
No this computer came with the pullout. At this time it just had a base tune on it

I have a similar build. Did you have to adjust any of your airflow start crank settings? Mine fires up perfectly but I have to cycle the key twice. Maybe a cam sensor.
I let my tuner handle that LoL
@@HackjobsPerformance I'm the tuner! lol. Right after I commented I read the "reviews" on my new CAM sensor from Oreilly';s 13 Negative reviews with the same start problem so it's safe to say I figured it out

Are those long tubes? Having a hard time finding the right ones for my 95 with a 5/7 drop. Love the build, looks pretty similar to mine. Thanks for the video 🤙

Oil pressure seems a little low
Ya it’s definitely something that will need to be addressed.
@@HackjobsPerformance could just be the screen blocked on the oil pressure sensor, I’ve seen that happen about 30 times lol. Bad ass truck though, I have a 93 I want to fit a 6.0 in

We measured and ordered the correct driveshaft for this truck. A driveshaft shop built it. I’m not sure on the part numbers they used.
moog u-joint 447 will adapt the 4l80e yoke to the obs driveshaft
