Great video as the Lutron instructions are clear about this step. However "Proper Fitment"???

Followed these steps and it is still away from the wall about 3/32 to an 1/8 inch. For what is some sophisticated electronics the finish looks pretty crude.

Also their wall plates kind of suck. The Leviton and Eaton ones are cleaner.
