Competition and Culture in LA

  • A few months ago I travelled to LA to compete in my first professional squash tournament outside of Europe. A Challenger Tour event with £15,000 of prize money up for grabs, I was excited to take my career to the next level. Provided with five start accommodation and competing inside the hotel's sports arena made for a very new experience for me. After the event, I spent a couple of days exploring LA's hidden street art scene, participated in the popular Latino festival 'The Day of the Dead' (El Día de los Muertos), and took a trip to Hollywood.

      Cheers mate I appreciate that! The series is called Frontier. It’s a drama not a documentary but still super interesting.
