*With the main exception of Celine who should've been in the Star Level* (and the few other things you mentioned ➡ Faith Hill being put higher than Sia & Adele, Miley being switched with Rihanna, this list is quite spot on! P.S. This list isn't simply about technical things like support, lack of strain but things like agility, strength through all their registers, in addition to how well they Excel in their own genres (even ones where they utilize strain masterfully), the emotiveness of their voices to audiences around the world, how hard their songs are for the average person to sing and how the general public/masses regard them as vocalists... Edit: one important factor about the 🌟 list is that they had to completely excel as vocalists with very little to no flaws in addition to revolutionizing vocals in the music industry. (Lisa falls under the former).

P.S. This list isn't simply about technical things like support, lack of strain but things like agility, strength through all their registers, in addition to how well they Excel in their own genres (even ones where they utilize strain masterfully), the emotiveness of their voices to audiences around the world, how hard their songs are for the average person to sing and how the general public/masses regard them as vocalists...
Edit: one important factor about the 🌟 list is that they had to completely excel as vocalists with very little to no flaws in addition to revolutionizing vocals in the music industry. (Lisa falls under the former).
I agree! and yeah Lisa falls short compared to the others in the star spot but it's her personal choice to not continue with her career. If she did she would be as popular as Mariah and Whitney in my opinion ❤
