Please note that the chilis can burn quickly during the frying process. Keep an eye on them as the start deepening in color, that's your cue to remove them. Enjoy!

Definitely going to make some of this. I also make a chinese-style chili-garlic-black bean oil out of the China Moon cookbook. But fried shallots are the bee's knees.

I love the Chinese style ones. I buy Lao Ga Ma Crisps sometimes. That one has more flavor than this one. This one is simply spicy, nutty , and savory from the salt alone. Thank you for sharing that. I'll have to check that book out!

Thank you! It goes great on a lot of things. Watch the chilis closely because they burn quickly. Good luck!

It's tasty on all the noodle dishes and add a lot of fragrance. Becareful not to burn the chilis. They can burn quickly. Enjoy 😊

@@ThunThunChannel I've seen some put some toasted sesame seeds and some add some toasted and crushed peanuts. I think they will enhance the fragrance. I love spicy and can't live without chili.

Sawadee Krub N'Nin 🙏😁 thank you for watching. I like to add it to those dishes too. When you make it at home, you can control what goes in there and adjust the flavors to your liking. It's getting so cold here and close to end of year! I can't believe it. I hope all is well and that you're staying safe na krub☺️
