The Friendly Rheinhotel in St, Goar on the Rhine

The Rheinhotel located on the Rhine Promenade in St. Goar dates back to 1789 but was renovated in 2007 and all rooms are modern, equipped with modern bathrooms, TV, free Wi-Fi and serves one of the best buffet breakfasts along the Rhine.
Whether it was where to eat, the easiest path up to Rheinfels, suggestions, information about St. Goar, train, bus schedules, etc., the friendly owner was always there to answer questions.

Very nice video. How you find such charming hotels? do you use tripadvisor? I like this type of traveling that you did. Nice hotel, not too expensive (I assume), charming, clean, and good location. What price range do you normally spend on your hotels when traveling in Western Europe?

sfflyer123 These hotels were so reasonable; perhaps 100-125 Euro per night including buffet breakfast and taxes (or less). Our tour arranger for this trip was Macs Adventures in Scotland (on the net) and they did a fantastic job. We were so pleased! Otherwise, we don't use Trip Advisor, just surf my fingers off and 99% of the time, everything works out fine. Hope you are good and Happy travels, Sheila
