The tongue and groove on your mold are the negative so the tongue needs to be wider and grove narrower, so that the actual brick will fit the way the wood bits do when you tried them together. Currently the way you have it, the tongue will be too fat to fit the groove

In SW Florida it was a common construction method for seawalls, to use pre-formed concrete interlocking panels retained by steel rods anchored by a poured concrete deadman onshore. you do a lot of concrete, why not use a wheel barrow and shovel to mix?

make air create.....fluffy foamy shaving creamy cement...dawn dish detergent and a teaspoon of white corn syrup in the mix.....sing tiny bubbles....
