Keep on trying Kathryn! It took me ages to even start to make my stairs recognizable lol I finally started using a cheap canvas board and painting a basic background then trying to make stairs. Then I'd paint over it and start again. Repeat. Over and over until I started to get the hang of it.
My man now refers to that board as my "damnit" board 😅 I just call it my practice board when I'm trying to figure out a certain concept

The heart in the tree. I love that meaningful detail you added.🥰 For some reason, I was thinking Stairway To Heaven, as you started painting the white stairs going up to this all knowing wise tree. Maybe it's a doorway. Who knows. It's very dreamy and soft. I guess it's up to the dreamer to decide what it means for them. I love this. Superb joy is what I felt when I saw it. Bravo, Joni.🤩💐🤍🩶🖤❤️

Do you have a video of how to properly clean a mop brush?
You clean it the same way as your other brushes, just a little warm water and gentle soap. ☺️

Do you have a favorite brand of brushes? My brushes seem to not keep their shape - like the bristles fan out and have all these stray bristles when I'm trying to paint, especially with the round brush!
My brushes! I designed myself, they don’t shed, perfect for acrylic, watercolour and Gouache. Cruelty free as well. They come in a velvet box and include one of my prints . Cruelty free as well- www.craftamo.com/products/joni-young-x-craftamo
